Benjamin Franklin ran a small group called the Junto. It met every week to argue about business and ideas, and he built it so that somebody in the room was always required to push back.
Because a room that only agrees with you is decoration.That's the whole difference between a board and a chatbot. Your six are built to disagree, with you and with each other. One of them is the finisher who makes you name what you've already started and not finished. One of them is your own customer, so a decision gets tested against a real buyer instead of the one in your head.
So who gets a seat?
This is the fun part. You are not picking people you admire, you are picking the question you need asked. Here is what twelve of them would actually bring to your table.

Questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can answer four questions about your own business, you can build this. There's no code and nothing to install.
What if I can't make it live?
The replay goes into VIP. But the live build is the part worth showing up for, and you can only volunteer in the room.
Do I have to volunteer?
No. One person volunteers, everybody else watches. You can follow along quietly in your own window if you want.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Bring one decision you've been going back and forth on, and that's enough. If you already have a profile that describes how you think, or writing of your own that shows it, bring that too and your board comes out sharper. Nothing is required, and nobody arrives behind.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. VIP is $97 a month and you can cancel any time. The workshop is included, along with everything else in VIP.
